If you’ve never bought from me, I understand that I haven’t earned your trust as a seller.  So please read some testimonials below from others who have bought from me before.  I have over 4000+ customers on Etsy alone, and my repeat rate is around 60%.  I strive to be honest and transparent in dealing with my customers, whether you order a make-your-own kit and may never go into business, or you order 500 frames in one fell swoop.  (All major buyers start with 1 frame “to try” from me, so I treat everyone with the same level of customer service and respect.)  It truly is the relationships from these amazing women that I’ve developed over the years that I LOVE my job.

Gutermann glue:

“I have to tell you that from Gutermann’s glue I will never stray. I actually lost the glue you sent and had another fabric / all-purpose glue that worked perfectly on a fabric-to-rubber project I worked on earlier. So I tried it on my fabric clutch and metal frame, and it was a complete mess. The glue was too runny and got all over the fabric. The purse was ruined. I know you blogged in no uncertain terms about how good Gutermann’s is and how you’ve ruined other purses in your experiments with other brands, but I was too impatient to either buy more glue from you or actually look for my lost Gutermann tube. I guess sometimes I have to learn to hard way. Anyway, I did find the tube, and was so happy to subsequently make a successful clutch with great ease. Gutermann’s was so much better.”
