Your server is slow for download of the updated Clutch Master. Perhaps your swarm of loyal followers are all downloading the huge file at the same time.
Is it possible to break into smaller files so your server doesn’t have have a hissy fit?

Scroll down further into the text and you will see that it is broken down into 2 smaller files. I am not a techie so I don’t know what would cause it to be slower than normal. But it takes my Mac less than a minute. Anyone who’s a techie out there?
